This red clay piece is handcrafted by a cooperative of women in San Marcos Tlapazola in Oaxaca led by Macrina Mateos Martinez. If you look closely, you’ll realize the uniqueness of these hand-crafted pieces with many uniquely textural finishes.
The thermal qualities of red clay allow these pieces to be exposed to high temperatures making them strong enough to be durable and versatile.
